1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Folder Tube, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our extension.

2. Description of Service

Folder Tube is a Chrome extension that allows users to organize their YouTube channel subscriptions into customizable folders for easier navigation and management.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Folder Tube offers a 7-day free trial, after which a one-time payment is required to continue using the service. We use Stripe as our payment processor for all transactions.

One-Time Payment: Our service is available for a single one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to the current version and all minor updates (1.x versions). Major version updates may require an additional purchase.

Service Discontinuation: While we aim to provide lifetime access as advertised, we reserve the right to discontinue or suspend the service, in whole or in part, for compelling reasons including but not limited to: significant technical issues, regulatory changes, security threats, financial unsustainability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice to users via email and/or service notifications.

Refund Policy for Service Discontinuation: In case of service discontinuation, refunds will only be considered for purchases made within 30 days prior to the announcement of discontinuation. Users who have purchased the service more than 30 days before the discontinuation announcement will not be eligible for refunds. This policy is separate from our standard 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe' s terms of service.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting our support team.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through Folder Tube, including the design, text, graphics, interfaces, and code, is the property of Folder Tube or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the extension for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the extension
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Sell, resell, rent, or lease access to the extension
• Use the extension to collect data in violation of our Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folder Tube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of Folder Tube after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
